Commodore Khandekar is Ex. Indian Navy Officer.  He has served on the board of several large organizations like Motorola India, MELTRON, Yojana Systems, and Cradle Technologies etc.  He is currently on the boards of KPIT Cummins and Chairman of Pace Soft Silicon.  He has nearly 40 years of professional experience.

Founder of the Jopasana group, which was incepted in 1990. As a responsibility - conceived, developed and commercialized several products in the area of real time systems and applications. Spearheaded the switch to an international Software Design, Development and solutions company since 1997. Before then worked in engineering, sales and marketing for Alfa Laval group of companies in area like process equipment design, process engineering, mathematical modeling and simulation of process systems and real time monitoring and control framework and applications development. Ajay is B. Tech. From IIT Bombay and has done MS in Computer Science from Pune University.

Prof. Gadgil is professor at Dept. of Instrumentation at COEP, Pune. He specializes in Bio-medical instrumentation. He is one of the founders of Bio-Medical Engineering Society of India & Instrumentation Society of India.
